Warning about sceptre ebay seller

Hi to all sceptre fans out there just few lines about an sceptre ebay seller that take your money so fast and at last don´t send items you pay for.
He left to pass the time promise you to refund the money or any other excuse until the feedback time expires and then he allow to give you some behaviour lessons about how ebay works, his name on ebay diadandy
I wait about 4 months for rear sceptre lights with post claims, excuses, promises of refund but nothing at all, I hate to do this but it si the only way that left to put him down just after feel me completely dissapointed.
On the other hand I have to tell you that Ebay it is a nice, cheap and 99% secure way to buying humber parts.
