Harmonic balancer vs plain pulley om 3 main engine

My old three main 1592 does not have a harmonic balancer. It's just a "plain old pulley".
In reviewing the engine I looked at the pulley and the keyway is damaged. It's about double the correct size from wear. (probably from not being properly tightened at some time in it's life.)
Will a 1725 5 main harmonic balancer work as a direct replacement for the damaged "pain old pulley" ?
Is the pulley diameter and belt offset the same?
