I gave one of these away a couple of years back ...
The Solex 32PAIA was fitted to all sorts of Rootes cars; Alpines from late SIII to end of SIV, Sceptres I & II, Rapier V, and (I think) Vogue IV. In Australia they were also used in the Hillman Gazelle (which was like a Singer Gazelle VI with a Rapier engine).
Alpine III/IV owners commonly replace the Solex with a Weber 28/36 or 32/36 (ex Cortina) - a much better carb which bolts straight on to the stock manifold and only requires minor linkage adjustment. So an Alpine club or forum member could be a source. Or, you could take a leaf from their book and use a Weber - you will get a little more power, better economy and a carb that stays in tune without adjustment for a long time..
Cheers, Vic
