being a decorator for 35 years i am very handy with a brush (trumpet blowing or what) my mk1 is in excellent nick but there are marks under the paintwork which is hard to describe, and noticeable depending on sunlight. the roof and boot is fine which is a light grey. the rest of the car is dark green. obviously i would prefer to have it sprayed but money is a big issue. (any ideas how much a good respray would be bottom half). main question, does anyone out there know of a good paint system for the brush, i used to use a paint called tekaloid which was very easy to use, dont know if its still available.i really dont want to cheapen the car, so i will give it great thought.
cheers howard

there was some posts dont on retrorides a few months ago regarding brush painting a car,

I would have thought though that GOogle would reveal the most popular systems for brush painting a car...

It wont be too bad if its small but dont do it if its a big area as it will show, just make sure you smooth down the paint after as the brush strokes will show otherwise.
