hi i have just bought a singer vouge 1963.does eny body know where the chassis numbers are .i have the vin plate on the front panel. i have had a good look for it.but i have had no joy. i have to find the chassis number . becouse the d v l a will whant to inspect the car .due to the car reg transfer.after that i will be selling the car if there is eny body intrested in the car .i can email you some photos.the car had been stood for the last 15years.it has 66000 on the clock.1 owner from new.i got the car running after a bit of work .the car is of for its mot this week. like i said i bought the car for reg number .the car is a 3 speed auto in green.i .have been told by a rootes car parts man that there is no chassis number stamped on the car .only the vin plate on the slam panel.what do you know about that i also found the engine number to be the same as the chassis number how cool is that
