Paint finding problem

Hello,
My Hillman Super Minx has the paint code 20 on a tag under the bonnet I believe the colour is Fiesta Blue.
My local paint supplier has a problem finding it on his system to mix the paint.
Where there any other colours similar to this one.
Any help will be greatly recieved.
