would any body know if a hillman hunter front wing would fit a hillman sceptre mk3

it will fit, Paul.
The only thing to look out for is the hole for the bumper side support - it may be in a different place depending on pressing to suit the late/early bumpers, but easy to rectify with a bit of welding/ drilling or blanking grommets as appropriate.
Sceptre will also need holes drilled for the side repeater lamp.
