Hi all , my names Pete and a proud owner of a 1964 mk 1 sceptre.
Due to a bad back it,s been off the road for a year and my restoration stalled.
Hopeing to MOT it this autum and start on restoring the inside.
I am also a member of the humber club and on there forum .

How do you get into that?
That is a very good question - I've tried to sign up on more than one ocassion but never receive the email with log-in details - do they not want new members over there?

The last post was sept.28 2009 and the whole forum is locked!! I hope someone from the PVHCC is reading this and can explain.

Ref the humber club forum.
Normaly very quiet, if you can get logged in .
Like you said .. [ hope someone is reading this ].

Shame that the club is not embrassing the amount of interest in the sceptre and other rootes cars that have become iconic to the 1960,s and early 70,s.

These are still rare cars and you do not see meny on the roads, plenty of moggys , triumphs ect. [ and well done to them ].
Prehaps i should contact the club ?
