greetings, any of you guys n galls out there give me a rough idea of how much we are looking at for a part respray on sceptre mk1. the roof and boot is very good, so we are talking doors back and front panels, bonnet.

To be honest that isn't a question with an easy answer. The success of the respray will largely depend upon the quality of the preparation before the paint is applied. Preparation - stripping, sorting dings/rust, filling, sanding, priming etc. is all very labour intensive and the hours can soon mount up.
You really need to tout the car around a few places in order to get realistic quotes.
Also, much will depend upon the standard of finish you are seeking.
