slave cylinder pushrod

hi im new to this forum. can anyone help me with a clutch problem it seems like my slave cylinder pushrod is to sort as pressure on the clutch pedal pops the piston out of the cylinder its a 1966 mk2 model .if anyone knows what size they should be and or where I could get one from ill be greatfull thanks
