Hi can some one please help me out, I need a new air filter for a 1966 Mk2, does any one have a part number or know if a Mk1 is the same or where you can get one, the other half has had a quick look at speedy spares and did not see one

unobtanium as far as I know.... as the filters for the mk2 are unavailable also...

if memory serves its a round element unlike the flat panel of the mk2 so maybe you could retrofit a k+n type filter inside the original housing??

ill have a look at the mk1 housing I have here and see if I can think of something else that might fit... (bedford cf1-2 comes to mind as this is a smallish diameter round element , might need to make an end plate though

the filter we have is about A4 size felt, i got hold of some one at speedy today who told me to buy a filter for a cooker hood and cut it to fit, so have spent the grand sum of £4.99 for this big bit of fluffy felt and will see how it goes
