Has anybody put one on their Sceptre and where did you get it. Was the fit OK, price ? Is it just the silencers and pipe you get and not the section that goes up to the manifold. My tail pipe has a nice hole around where the pipe joins the rear box. It always seems to be the rear part that goes, must have bought at least three now!
Cheers,
rob.

Re: Stainless steel exhaust for Sceptre
EARL PART Ltd Exhaust supplies 01773719504 they will make up steel or stainless.... If it is always the rear box ? that rusts out you might like to consider leaving the box out and just having a plain pipe not a lot noisier and should last a lot longer than standard one ..... lots of water gather in the rear boxes and rust from inside out .... no box then very little water it all gets blown out.... the only problem I have had with stainless systems is they do tend to be slightly noisier than steel and as thay age the wadding gets blown out the rear other than that the price is more but then its your money hope this helps.

Mine was fitted with a SS exhaust in 1985, and still has it today, and it's in very good condition still. It was fitted with a lifetime guarantee by the previous owner from http://www.pdgough.com/. I just transferred the guarantee to myself with no bother. Judge for yourself, but I was impressed

Re: Stainless steel exhaust for Sceptre
Thanks guys, i found a place near me in Thornbury called Interpro Automotive, It was £269 inc and i had a choice of 3 different noises, factory quiet, and two other sporty loud jobs, i went for the factory quiet with the end pipe rolled over outwards. When you think i saw the end pipe at £80+ and the other box was on the way out. What with carrage cost for two pipes it was a no brainer in the end.
