The top section of the filter has a red band around it, does this prize off so you can remove the four bolts that hold it on ??itg air filter remvoval.

I fitted one of these itg sponge air filters to my webber on the Sceptre. Thing is i cant remember how The top section of the filter has a red band around it, does this prize off so you can remove the four bolts that hold it on ??
