Has anybody got a decent pulley for sell and maybe a nut or starter dog to hold it on.Does anyone know what nut size it would be?

Mine keep getting loose then split by the keyway. When i place the pulley on it looks like i need to put a washer about eigth of an inch thick over the threaded end of the crank before i screw on the starter dog nut.

I got another from Speedy Spares (ali) i'm keeping that one for later!

I put the pulley on then the special washer that used to have the locking tabs on,it fits into the keyway on the shaft.Did the same as you by using thread lock.

Thing is,when the starter dog is tightened up ( with adjustable wrench, how can you get a spanner on the nut bit on the back of the dog?)

How would you be able to bend back the tab on the special washer?
