Wanted: One of these engines in good running order
Sorry to spam this across all boards. We're after one of these engines in good order and ready to be fitted, preferably with a good gearbox (must have O/D). We've got a 1968 Commer PB and the engine is the only thing really standing in the way of it being MOT'd, the 1500 in at the moment is knackered. We intend to drive round Europe in the finished product and obviously don't want to be doing that at 50mph.
I should point out though that we're on a budget, so don't want to be taken to town with the price
