What size speaker do I need to fit the original speaker space on my Mk1?

I believe most of these vintage car speakers were similar in size, but it's unlikely that you'll be able to get another. Best plan is to buy a modern 12cm round speaker and fashion some brackets to hold it in. This will perform better than the original too

They should be the same as I dont the dash changed between Mk1 and Mk2

I had thought of that, I am hoping tho that the speaker is the same insome early transistor portables I have or maybe even a late 60's roberts as they sound great...
