CARB HELP?????????????

hi im new here can anyone tell me which cabs is the best for my car as parts for the solex on mine im finding they are not too easy too get i have a pair of zenith 32 wip 2 and weber 28/36dcd twin choke the zeniths i think they will not work on my car as iv looked it up in my sunbeam book and that is for 1390cc to 1592cc as my car is a mk2 sceptre which is 1725cc dont think it would be jetted right to work also weber carb i have seem to have a flat spot when i had that on my car. i want a carb that is easy to get parts for. i did look at twin 40 webers but the you got the metal banjo coming out of the back of head where would you conect that to
