Hi all,
I'm having some trouble with my Mk1 Sceptre overheating, and I'm hoping someone can offer some advice.
It seems to happen mainly when I'm stuck in traffic or driving slowly uphill. The temperature gauge creeps up towards the red, and I'm worried about causing damage.
I've checked the coolant level, and it seems fine. I've also had a look at the radiator, and it doesn't seem to be blocked.
Could it be the thermostat? Or perhaps the water pump is on its way out? Any other ideas on what might be causing this?
