Does any one know if there is a seal/gasket (that would perish, and need to be replaced) in the timing cover.
I'm dripping oil, and don't want to remove the cover to find I don't have the part.
Is there a seal in the timing cover?

There's a gasket around the outside where all the bolts are, but i dont think i remember seeing one where the pulley wheel comes out. The pulley has a grove cut into it on the back which throws the oil backwards and stops it coming out.
I suspose if that grove got bunged up it wouldn't work.

100% confirmed, there is NO seal. It just has a thrower. Thanks.
